Email [email protected] for product help, privacy requests, account deletion assistance, or security concerns. We aim to respond to ordinary support requests within two business days during the early-access period.

What to include

• A short description of what you expected and what happened.
• The Sheet tab name, approximate run time, and the visible error code or failed row number.
• A screenshot with sensitive values removed when it helps explain the issue.
• Never send passwords, Google OAuth tokens, Notion access tokens, API keys, payment card details, or confidential Sheet contents.

Quick checks

• Notion connection: confirm the destination database is shared with the Sheet2Record connection.
• Mapping: map exactly one Sheet column to the required Notion title property.
• Match Key: use a stable, non-empty, unique ID, email, URL, or text value.
• Blocked rows: correct invalid dates, numbers, emails, URLs, unknown select options, duplicate keys, and spreadsheet formula errors before running again.
• Schedule: keep the Google account authorization active and verify the connection is Ready rather than Paused or Needs attention.

Disconnecting and deleting application data

Use Advanced settings in the Sheet2Record sidebar to pause connections or clear sync information. Disconnecting Notion removes the stored Notion authorization. These actions do not delete records already written to your Notion workspace.

If the product controls are unavailable, email [email protected] from the Google account associated with Sheet2Record and request assistance.

Security reports

Send suspected security vulnerabilities to [email protected] with “Sheet2Record security” in the subject. Do not access other users’ data or perform destructive testing. We will acknowledge responsible reports and coordinate remediation where appropriate.
