The service

Sheet2Record by AISaver is a Google Sheets add-on that previews and writes selected Sheet rows to authorized Notion data sources. The MVP is a one-way Sheet-to-Notion product and does not promise real-time or two-way synchronization.

Your account and authorization

You must use an account you are authorized to control and may connect only Sheets, Notion workspaces, pages, and databases you are permitted to access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google and Notion accounts and for revoking access when it is no longer needed.

Safe and acceptable use

• Review the preview before confirming any write and use stable, unique matching keys when updating existing records.
• Do not use the service to violate law, third-party rights, Google or Notion terms, or to transmit malware or abusive traffic.
• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, access another user’s data, reverse engineer credentials, or interfere with the service.
• Maintain your own backups for important data and test critical workflows on copies before production use.

Data changes and deletion behavior

Sheet2Record changes only mapped Notion properties included in a confirmed run. Unmapped properties and page content are left unchanged. The MVP does not delete Notion pages when a Sheet row, connection, or account is removed.

Plans and availability

Free and trial plans may have limits on successful writes, connections, schedules, and history. Paid terms, prices, renewal, cancellation, and refund details will be shown before a paid purchase is offered.

The service may change, pause, or be unavailable because of maintenance, third-party APIs, quotas, account permissions, or events outside our reasonable control. Beta features may change before general availability.

Disclaimers and responsibility

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the data and mappings you submit. Sheet2Record is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Notion.

Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend access that threatens the service, violates these terms, or creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the service and delete application data through the product controls. We may update these terms, with the current date displayed on this page.
